13 mins agoThe Texas Rangers have activated outfielder Wyatt Langford (oblique) from the 10-day injured list. In a corresponding move, the Rangers optioned Ezequiel Duran to Triple-A Round Rock. Langford has been out of action since April 8 with this minor injury. The outfielder participated in two rehab outings with Double-A Frisco before being activated. However, Langford is not in Sunday's lineup when the Rangers conclude a series against the Los Angeles Dodgers. Through his first 12 games of the campaign, Langford has held a .244/.333/.561 slash line with one double and four long balls. Under the hood, he generated a strong .386 xwOBA and a .559 xSLG. Fantasy managers should expect Langford to return to the starting nine next week. When he does return, he could take playing time away from Josh Smith in left field.
