Isaac Alarcon Suspended Six Games
1 day agoThe NFL announced on Wednesday that San Francisco 49ers offensive lineman Isaac Alarcon has been suspended for six games without pay for violating the league's policy on performance-enhancing substances. The 26-year-old had been part of the league's International Pathway Program and has yet to appear in a regular-season game. Alarcon spent time with the Dallas Cowboys from 2020 through 2024 but never saw the field in a game. He signed with the Niners in early January and will be eligible to take part in all of the team's offseason practices and preseason games as he tries to lock in a reserve spot despite his suspension. Alarcon was on the 49ers' practice squad last season.
