Santi Aldama (calf) will re-enter the lineup on Wednesday against the Portland Trail Blazers. He has recovered from a right calf strain, which kept Aldama sidelined for six consecutive games. With Aldama back,
Brandon Clarke's workload will likely drop. The Spanish big man has been one of the best bench contributors in the Association this season, averaging 12.7 points, 6.7 rebounds, and 2.8 assists. Portland is known for giving up a lot of bench points -- the fourth-most in the league -- which puts Aldama in a good position to enjoy a productive comeback on Wednesday night.

Santi Aldama (calf) has been downgraded to out ahead of Monday's tip-off against the Sacramento Kings. He was initially deemed doubtful for the game, so it was always likely that Aldama would miss a sixth consecutive contest. His next chance to return will be on Wednesday against the Portland Trail Blazers.
Brandon Clarke and
Lamar Stevens carry a heavier workload with Aldama absent from the lineup.

Santi Aldama (calf) will remain out for Friday's game against the Cleveland Cavaliers. The 24-year-old has been dealing with a right calf strain. Friday's contest will be the sixth he's missed in the last seven due to the injury.
Jaren Jackson Jr. (ankle) is questionable, so the Grizzlies could potentially have a light frontcourt this evening. Vince Williams,
Brandon Clarke, GG Jackson, and
Zach Edey will likely be relied upon to fill the void during tonight's matchup.

Jaren Jackson Jr. (ankle) also unavailable, the frontcourt must rely on

GG Jackson II and
Jay Huff also play a bigger role.
