Jalen Brunson (ankle) has been given a questionable status for Friday's matchup with the Cleveland Cavaliers. Head coach Tom Thibodeau stated that he's a game-time decision along with
OG Anunoby (thumb),
Josh Hart (knee), and
Karl-Anthony Towns (knee). One thing to consider for fantasy managers is that Brunson sits at 64 games played right now. That means he only needs one more game to qualify for regular season awards and All-NBA teams. If they hold him out of this one, he does have one more game to play. In that case,
Miles McBride and
Cameron Payne could both be solid options. McBride posted 12 points, six assists, two rebounds, and four steals alongside Brunson in their last game.

Jalen Brunson (ankle) will suit up Tuesday against the Boston Celtics. He missed a month of action after spraining his ankle during the March 6 loss to the Lakers. Fortunately, the All-Star was cleared to return for Sunday's win over the Suns, finishing with 15 points and six rebounds. It will likely take him another few games to shake off any residual rust. Despite the upside typically, Brunson may not be the safest option for DFS managers for tonight's contest.

Fortunately, the All-Star was cleared to return for Sunday's win over the Suns, finishing with 15 points and six rebounds. It will likely take him another game or two to shake off any residual rust. Jalen Brunson (ankle) is officially active for Sunday's matchup with the Suns. He's been sidelined for a month after tweaking his ankle during the March 6 loss to the Los Angeles Lakers.
Miles McBride (groin),
Cameron Payne (ankle), and most recently,
Delon Wright, had been filling in. However, even though Brunson could see limited action in his first game back from the lengthy layoff, he should handle most of the minutes at the one, leaving little room for involvement from anyone else.
