Tyrese Haliburton Won't Face The Magic
5 days agoIndiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton (back) won't play on Friday against the Magic. He had an excellent game in Thursday's win over the Cavs, amassing 23 points, 10 assists, and eight boards. The Pacers are expected to enter the postseason as the No. 4 seed in the Eastern Conference, so Myles Turner (knee), Pascal Siakam (elbow), Aaron Nesmith (rest), and Andrew Nembhard (thumb) also won't suit up. As a result, T.J. McConnell, Bennedict Mathurin, Thomas Bryant, and Obi Toppin should all make excellent value plays for DFS managers.

Tyrese Haliburton Back On Saturday Night
3 weeks agoIndiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton (back) will suit up for Saturday's meeting with the Brooklyn Nets. He missed the last three games because of back soreness, including Thursday's matchup between both clubs. But now that Haliburton is back for the rematch, he'll reclaim his spot as the team's primary playmaker and ball handler. As such, Bennedict Mathurin, who combined for 73 points while Haliburton was away, likely won't be as productive.

Tyrese Haliburton Sidelined Again On Thursday
4 weeks agoAccording to Tony East of WTHR Channel 13 Indianapolis, Indiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton (back) is unavailable for Thursday's game against the Brooklyn Nets. Due to back soreness, the 25-year-old will miss his third consecutive contest. Haliburton was listed as questionable earlier in the day but has since been downgraded to out. Benedict Mathurin should continue to start in place of Haliburton. Fantasy managers could consider Mathurin a solid option for tonight's matchup. He registered 23 points, seven rebounds, one assist and one steal during 32 minutes in his last outing against Dallas on Wednesday.

Tyrese Haliburton Sidelined Again Wednesday
4 weeks agoIndiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton (back) is unavailable for Wednesday's game against Dallas. Due to back soreness, the 25-year-old will miss his second consecutive contest. Haliburton has been dealing with some injury issues lately. He missed three games due to a hip injury before returning for the March 11 matchup with Milwaukee. He played the following two games but was sidelined for Monday's overtime win over Minnesota because of back soreness. Andrew Nembhard should continue to be the starting point guard, while T.J. Tyrese Haliburton Questionable For Wednesday Night
4 weeks agoIndiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton (back) is questionable for Wednesday's game against Dallas. The 2020 No. 12 overall pick has been banged up of late, missing three games due to a hip injury before returning for the March 11 meeting with the Milwaukee Bucks. He played the following two contests. However, Haliburton was sidelined for Monday's overtime win over the Minnesota Timberwolves because of back soreness. Pascal Siakam (personal), Myles Turner (hip), and Aaron Nesmith (ankle) also weren't available for that one, paving the way for increased production from Bennedict Mathurin and Obi Toppin, with the duo combining for 56 points. But fantasy managers shouldn't expect a duplicate performance from the pair even if Haliburton can't get back on the floor, considering Turner and Nesmith are off the injury report, and Siakam has a chance to play.
