The top daily fantasy UFL lineup picks for DraftKings for Week 2 (2025). Kyle Ringstad provides UFL DFS analysis and sleeper picks for building optimal DFS rosters.
Welcome to Week 2 of the inaugural UFL season, RotoBallers! We already have one week in the books, with the XFL teams off to a hot start at 3-1 while the USFL conference went 1-3. We have Houston squaring off against Arlington in the early game and San Antonio versus St. Louis in the later game. The San Antonio Brahmas are the reigning champions, but they're looking for their first win of the season as they got trounced by Arlington 33-9 in Week 1.
Below are my thoughts on DraftKings' Week 2 DFS slate of UFL contests (Sunday Only), which goes live on 4/6 at noon ET. I encourage you to read all our other weekly UFL fantasy football articles and stay on top of injury news and roster moves to remain well-informed and ahead of the competition. Let's get to it. Good luck, RotoBallers!

DraftKings Quarterbacks - Week 2 UFL DFS Picks
Manny Wilkins - St. Louis Battlehawks vs. San Antonio Brahmas - $9,600
It's only Week 2, and we don't want to read too much into a one-game sample size. However, Manny Wilkins showed me enough to make him a priority in DFS lineups in Week 2. He was 17-for-22 for 189 passing yards, but the real intrigue came on the ground as he rushed eight times for 43 yards and two scores. That was good for a league-leading 23.9 DK points, and, like the NFL, we want to get to dual-threat QBs wherever we can.
The Arlington rushing attack destroyed the Brahmas in Week 1, allowing 183 rushing yards (5.9 yards per attempt) and four rushing touchdowns. We can't expect Wilkins to put up 20+ DK points weekly, but this feels like another spot for him to crush value at his DraftKings salary.

DraftKings Running Backs - Week 2 UFL DFS Picks
Jacob Saylors - St. Louis Battlehawks vs. San Antonio Brahmas - $10,000
We'll have to mix some value picks to make this work, but I like the idea of going with a mini-stack on the St. Louis side on Sunday. The Battlehawks are 7-point favorites at home against the Brahamas, who just got gashed on the ground by Arlington in Week 1. Saylors is one of the premier RBs in this league, and he got off to a hot start in Week 1 with 16 attempts for 98 yards and a score. He also added four catches for 47 yards through the air, which gave him a robust 24.5 DK points. I'll keep riding with this duo and differentiate my lineups elsewhere.
You could also save salary by bypassing Saylors in favor of his backup, Jarveon Howard. Howard is $4,000 cheaper and turned 13 attempts into 115 rushing yards and 25.3 DK points in Week 1. He's a riskier pick, but he could provide value with the Battlehawks being big favorites in this game.
Kalen Ballage - Arlington Renegades vs. Houston Roughnecks - $8,000
DraftKings Wide Receivers and Tight Ends - Week 2 UFL DFS Picks
Jontre Kirklin - San Antonio Brahmas @ St. Louis Battlehawks - $9,500
You won't be able to fit Wilkins, Saylors, and Kirklin in a lineup, but you could pull this game stack off by flipping Saylors for Howard. Kirklin is one of the top wideouts in the UFL, and while he's still building chemistry with former NFL QB Kellen Mond, his eight targets in Week 1 are an excellent sign for his usage moving forward. He had just four catches for 39 scoreless yards, but he's clearly the preferred runback option on San Antonio if you're starting lineups with the studs on St. Louis.
Jacob Harris - San Antonio Brahmas @ St. Louis Battlehawks - $4,100
Another way to save salary and still get a runback to the St. Louis stack is by taking a dart-throw shot on Harris. Harris led the team with 63 receiving yards in Week 1, and his usage (four catches on six targets) indicates that he's running and either the WR2 or WR3 on the team moving forward. At just $4,100, he's plenty worthy of getting into lineups and hoping that Mond and the Brahmas' passing attack finds some juice in Week 2.
