2025 Dynasty Fantasy Football Rookie Mock Draft: 12-Team, Superflex/Two-QB

Shedeur Sanders - College Football Rankings, NCAA CFB DFS Lineup Picks

2025 NFL Rookie Mock Draft with full 1st and 2nd round projections for 12-team Superflex and 2QB leagues. Mike's expert fantasy football impact rookie analysis.

The 2025 NFL Draft is still less than 30 days away. Therefore, dynasty fantasy rookie mock drafts are nearly here.

Much will change between now and the NFL Draft. However, it’s time for another dynasty rookie mock draft.

This rookie mock draft is a two-round, 12-team, and two-quarterbacks. For a deeper dive into dynasty strategy, rankings, and trade tactics, be sure to check out our complete Dynasty Fantasy Football Guide.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

ROUND 1

Pick 1.01 – Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State

Many thought Jeanty should have won the Heisman award this season. However, the former Boise State star is a lock to be the first pick, even in Superflex Dynasty rookie drafts. The only knock against the elite prospect is his heavy workload, totaling 830 touches in college. Meanwhile, Jeanty had 29 rushing touchdowns in 2024.

Pick 1.02Cam Ward, QB, Miami

Our first quarterback of the mock draft comes off the board with the second pick. Ward went from a mid-round NFL Draft prospect at Washington State to a likely first-overall pick this season at Miami. He finished fourth in the Heisman voting after totaling 4,313 passing yards and an ACC-high 39 touchdowns last year.

Pick 1.03Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona

While Jeanty is the highlight of the rookie draft class, McMillan is an equally appealing prospect for fantasy players. The former Arizona star is likely locked in as the clear-cut WR1 of the rookie draft class despite his questionable 40-yard dash time. He finished his college career with 26 receiving touchdowns in 37 games. More importantly, McMillan led the Big 12 in receiving yards with 1,319 last season.

Pick 1.04Omarion Hampton, RB, North Carolina

The former North Carolina star doesn’t have the same name value as Jeanty. Yet, Hampton is an excellent fallback option for fantasy players who need running back help but weren’t lucky enough to secure the top pick. He finished second in college football with 1,660 rushing yards and 15 touchdowns. Hampton also had 373 receiving yards, breaking the school’s record for scrimmage yards with 2,033.

Pick 1.05Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado

Sanders will be a top-5 pick in Superflex rookie leagues because of quarterback positional value. The former Colorado star likely won’t be a first-round pick in single-quarterback drafts. He likely will be the second quarterback selected in the NFL Draft, providing fantasy players with similar fantasy upside to Bo Nix last season.

Pick 1.06Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State

Last year’s rookie class featured the best tight end prospect in a long time. However, fantasy players who missed out on Brock Bowers have a chance to land the second-best tight end prospect in recent memory. Warren had a breakout 2024 season, leading the Big Ten in receptions (104) and receiving yards (1,233). He is also a threat on the ground, totaling 26 attempts for 218 yards and four touchdowns.

Pick 1.07TreVeyon Henderson, RB, Ohio State

While Quinshon Judkins could be the first Ohio State running back drafted, Henderson won’t be far behind him. Yet, I would draft him over his former college teammate. He had over 900 rushing yards and double-digit touchdowns for the second consecutive season.

Pick 1.08Matthew Golden, WR, Texas

After projecting as a late-round pick heading into the 2024 season, Golden significantly improved his draft stock in his lone year at Texas. The explosive playmaker finished with 58 receptions for 987 receiving yards and an SEC-high nine receiving touchdowns after stepping up as the Longhorn's No. 1 wide receiver late in the season with Isaiah Bond dealing with an injury.

Pick 1.09Luther Burden III, WR, Missouri

While Burden’s NFL Draft stock has slipped the past several weeks, the former Missouri star could be a steal in dynasty rookie drafts. He isn’t a traditional wide receiver. Instead, NFL teams and fantasy players should view him as an offensive weapon. Missouri used him all over the field, including in the backfield.

Pick 1.10 – Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State

Egbuka has been overshadowed this year because of star freshman Jeremiah Smith. However, Egbuka can be a fantasy impact player as a rookie. He had 10 receiving touchdowns this season, the second time hitting the double-digit mark in the past three years.

Pick 1.11Quinshon Judkins, RB, Ohio State

Ohio State arguably had the best one-two punch at running back in college football this year. Judkins was a superstar at Ole Miss and kept up his elite play in Columbus. The elite runner had 14 rushing touchdowns and 16 offensive scores this season despite sharing the backfield workload. He has had 12 or more rushing touchdowns every year of his college career.

Pick 1.12Jaxson Dart, QB, Ole Miss

Dart was one of the top winners from the Senior Bowl and NFL Combine. The former Ole Miss star has put himself in the first-round conversation, with several NFL teams reportedly having him as the QB2 on their draft board. If he becomes a first-round NFL Draft pick, Dart could jump into the top eight of Superflex dynasty rookie drafts.

ROUND 2

Pick 2.01Travis Hunter, WR/CB, Colorado

The Heisman Trophy Award winner would be the clear-cut top-three pick in dynasty rookie drafts if he was guaranteed only to play wide receiver in the NFL. However, Hunter is a two-way player, with many scouts thinking his better position is cornerback. Therefore, fantasy players run the risk of the former Colorado star playing limited or no snaps on offense some weeks, making him too dangerous to draft with a first-round selection.

Pick 2.02Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan

Some will have Loveland ranked ahead of Tyler Warren in their dynasty rookie rankings. Regardless of which star pass catcher you label TE1, both should be top-15 dynasty rookie picks. Loveland had 56 receptions for 582 receiving yards and five touchdowns in 2024. However, he is better than the numbers suggest, especially with Michigan’s struggles at the quarterback position.

Pick 2.03Jalen Milroe, QB, Alabama

Milroe will likely be a better fantasy quarterback than an NFL passer. The former Alabama star is outstanding with his legs, totaling 1,257 rushing yards and 32 touchdowns over his two years as a starter. He will likely be a Day 2 NFL pick, making Milroe an early second-rounder in dynasty rookie drafts.

Pick 2.04Tre Harris, WR, Ole Miss

Unfortunately, the wide receiver rookie class loses its luster after the first few guys. However, the second-tier pass catchers are solid options in the second round of dynasty rookie drafts. While he is far from a finished product, Harris led Ole Miss in receptions (60) and receiving yards (1,030) this year despite missing five games.

Pick 2.05Kaleb Johnson, RB, Iowa

Some believe Johnson can be the steal of dynasty rookie drafts, despite his poor pre-draft process, if he is a mid-second-round pick. The former Iowa star led the Big Ten with 240 rushing attempts for 1,537 yards and 21 touchdowns this year.

Pick 2.06Isaiah Bond, WR, Texas

Unfortunately, Bond’s draft stock took a hit in the second half of the college football season because of injuries. He had only one reception for eight receiving yards in Texas’s three playoff games. However, the explosive receiver is a difference-maker when healthy. Bond had 74 or more receiving yards in three of the first five games despite having five or fewer receptions in every outing.

Pick 2.07 – Devin Neal, RB, Kansas

Neal is one of the more underrated running back prospects in the draft class. He had at least eight rushing touchdowns every year at Kansas. Furthermore, Neal had at least 1,250 rushing yards and 16 touchdowns in back-to-back seasons, averaging over six yards per attempt.

Pick 2.08Dylan Sampson, RB, Tennessee

Last year, Sampson was a solid player for Tennessee. However, he had a breakout 2024 season, leading the SEC with 258 rushing attempts for 1,491 yards and 22 touchdowns. While Sampson likely won’t be a top-60 NFL Draft pick, he could become a steal for fantasy players.

Pick 2.09Elic Ayomanor, WR, Stanford

While Stanford had a disappointing 2024 season, Ayomanor had a productive year. He led the team in receptions (63), receiving yards (831), and touchdowns (six). Ayomanor is a likely second-round NFL Draft pick who could rise up draft boards, depending on which team selects him.

Pick 2.10 – Cam Skattebo, RB, Arizona State

Skattebo was the best running back in college football, not named Jeanty last season. He led the Big 12 in rushing attempts (293) and yards (1,711) while totaling 21 touchdowns. While the former Arizona State star is far from the most athletic running back in the draft class, I wouldn’t bet against him succeeding in the NFL.

Pick 2.11Elijah Arroyo, TE, Miami

Some believe Arroyo could become a first-round NFL Draft pick after an impressive Senior Bowl week. While he had only one year of meaningful production at Miami, Arroyo ended his college career playing well. The athletic tight end had 35 receptions for 590 receiving yards and seven touchdowns in 2024.

Pick 2.12Quinn Ewers, QB, Texas

Ewers is arguably the most polarizing quarterback in the draft class. Some love his high moments at Texas, while others are scared off by his low moments and injury history. Yet, he has talent and experience. If Ewers lands in a fantasy-friendly situation, the former Texas star will be my most drafted rookie quarterback this year.
