Kristaps Porzingis Dealing With Mysterious Viral Illness
21 seconds agoBoston Celtics forward/center Kristaps Porzingis (illness) missed a sixth consecutive game on Monday against the Utah Jazz, and it's unclear when he will be able to return to the court. On Monday, Porzingis announced on his official X account that he is dealing with a mysterious viral illness. "I have been dealing with some viral illness that we haven't been able to fully identify yet," Porzingis posted. "I am recovering and getting better. But still working my way back to full strength to help this team." With Al Horford (toe) also out, Luke Kornet logged 30 minutes as Boston's starting center on Monday, finishing with five points, eight rebounds, two steals, and one block. Neemias Queta had eight points, eight rebounds, and one block in 17 minutes as the backup.
