Nashville Predators left wing Michael Bunting (abdomen) is viewed as a day-to-day and is not expected to suit up this weekend. Bunting underwent an operation to remove his appendix last week. On Wednesday evening, the Penguins traded Bunting to Nashville in exchange for Thomas Novak and Luke Schenn. Through 58 games this season, Bunting has found the back of the net 14 times and added 15 helpers. Bunting has tallied 15 of his points on the power-play. Before his injury, the 29-year-old was in the midst of a 15-game slump as he tallied just four points over this stretch (one goal). When Bunting makes his Nashville debut, fantasy managers should expect Bunting to compete for a role in the top-six and will likely have a role on their top power-play unit.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller
