Portland Trail Blazers forward Deni Avdija (quad) won't return to the floor during Wednesday's game against the Boston Celtics. Avdija appears to have re-aggravated his quad issue and won't be returning to this contest. He'll finish his night with 12 points, six rebounds, and two assists across 23 minutes of action. Scoot Henderson and Shaedon Sharpe figure to see increased roles for the rest of this game and possibly longer if Avdija misses more time. Both players have been viable fantasy options and could have more value going forward. Fantasy managers will need to check back for another update on Avdija.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller

Portland Trail Blazers forward Deni Avdija (thumb) won't play on Sunday against the Spurs. The Trail Blazers are barely alive for the postseason. However, the team will need to figure out how to win on Sunday night without one of their top producers. To make matters worse, Jerami Grant (knee), Scoot Henderson (concussion), and Deandre Ayton (calf) are out, with Toumani Camara (ankle) and Anfernee Simons (forearm) still questionable. With that in mind, Shaedon Sharpe and Dalano Banton could be busier than usual, with Kris Murray, Matisse Thybulle, and Donovan Clingan potentially in line for bigger roles on the offensive end.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller

Portland Trail Blazers forward Deni Avdija (quad) has been cleared and is ready to return ahead of Monday's game against the Golden State Warriors. Avdija is back in action following a two-game absence due to a quad injury. Before going down, Avdija was playing fairly well, including a 30-point triple-double against the Cleveland Cavaliers. His return will likely mean less playing time for Shaedon Sharpe and Kris Murray. Fantasy managers who have Avdija rostered can get him active in their lineups.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller

Portland Trail Blazers forward Deni Avdija (quad) has been ruled out ahead of Sunday's game against the Detroit Pistons. Avdija was questionable coming into this game, but will officially miss his second straight game due to a left quad contusion. The absence of Avdija should mean more playing time for Shaedon Sharpe and Kris Murray in the rotation. Sharpe has been playing big minutes lately with 33 minutes or more in each of his last six games. He has been a solid fantasy option during that span and should continue being a viable option when playing 30-plus minutes per night.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller

Portland Trail Blazers forward Deni Avdija (quadriceps) will be inactive against the Oklahoma City Thunder on Friday. Avdija re-aggravated a quadriceps injury during Wednesday's matchup against the Boston Celtics, and Friday's game comes too soon for him to be healthy enough to stay in the lineup. The team initially listed Avdija as questionable. Jerami Grant (knee) is available to return from a four-game absence and will help make up for Avdija's loss. At the same time, Kris Murray may see a bit more playing time.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
