He suffered a lower-body injury during Tuesday's matchup against the New York Islanders. On Thursday, Miller wore a non-contact jersey in practice. However, he returned to a regular jersey for Friday's optional morning skate, which is a positive sign regarding his availability for the game. The Rangers defense has already lost Adam Fox (upper body) this week, and Miller's absence would complicate matters further for the team.
