Pittsburgh Penguins left wing Michael Bunting (illness) was unable to participate during Wednesday's practice due to an illness. Fantasy managers should continue to monitor his status leading up to their next contest against the Philadelphia Flyers on Thursday evening. If the 29-year-old were to miss time, left wing Matt Nieto would likely rejoin the starting lineup. Over his previous 10 contests, Bunting has been in the midst of a scoring slump as he tallied just two points (both helpers). However, prior to this skid, Bunting tallied eight points (four goals, four helpers) over his last 12 games. Through 58 games, Bunting has found the back of the net 14 times and added 15 helpers with 110 shots on goal. If Bunting were to miss time, Blake Lizotte could take his spot on the third line.--Andy Smith - RotoBaller
