Josh Anderson Undergoing Evaluation
1 min agoMontreal Canadiens right wing Josh Anderson (upper body) is being evaluated for an injury he suffered during Tuesday's contest against the Carolina Hurricanes. Anderson exited the game in the final frame after crashing into the boards. The team did not have an update on his status during the postgame. Fantasy managers should monitor his status leading up to their next contest on Thursday evening against the San Jose Sharks. If Anderson were to miss time, Kirby Dach (lower body) or Michael Pezzetta (lower body) could rejoin the lineup if they are cleared from their respective injuries. If not, the team would have to promote a forward from the AHL roster. Across 58 contests, Anderson has found the back of the net nine times, added 10 helpers, and logged 125 hits.
