Max Greyserman Seeking Return To Form At Torrey Pines
1 month agoMax Greyserman was tremendously popular for fantasy managers in the Fall Swing and was even knocking on the door for his first Tour victory. The 29-year-old Duke Blue Devil kicked off his second year on Tour with four top-10 finishes in just six appearances, including a T2 finish at the Zozo Championship. He seemed poise to carry that momentum into 2025 following his T7 showing at The American Express, but his last three starts have left much to be desired. Greyserman finished T48 at the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines, withdrew from the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am due to a hand injury, and posted a middling T49 finish at last week's WM Phoenix Open. Perhaps most troubling, his normally electric flat-stick has let him down recently, losing over two strokes on the greens in his last two starts. The difficult test awaiting at Torrey Pines is not a great spot to find a return to form, and fantasy managers should seek higher-upside golfers in better form in the low-$7,000 range on DraftKings.
