Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards (illness) is questionable for Saturday's matchup with the Wizards. Edwards hasn't missed a game all year, so it's hard to imagine an illness will keep him off the floor on Saturday. But with Julius Randle (groin) ruled out and Mike Conley (thumb) questionable, Nickeil Alexander-Walker, Rudy Gobert, and Rob Dillingham may be tasked with leading the offense against one of the worst teams in the National Basketball Association.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller

Minnesota Timberwolves guard/forward Anthony Edwards made a mark in Monday's 117-110 victory against the Golden State Warriors with 30 points, four rebounds, five assists, and two steals, shooting 11-for-21 from the field, including 6-for-11 from downtown. The Timberwolves superstar enjoyed his second consecutive 30-point effort and will be out to end the series on Wednesday night in Game 5 on home court. Edwards has been on fire from outside at the Target Center this postseason, sinking 44.8 percent of his attempts, while averaging 28.8 points in front of the Minnesota fans.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Minnesota Timberwolves guard/forward Anthony Edwards led his squad in several categories on Tuesday night, but the team suffered a 99-88 loss in Game 1 against the Golden State Warriors. The Timberwolves got off to a really slow start, scoring only 31 points in the first half. Things improved in the second 24 minutes, with Edwards leading the way. He finished with 23 points, 14 rebounds, two assists, three steals, and one block, shooting 9-for-22 from the field and 1-for-5 from downtown. Edwards has now recorded two consecutive double-doubles for the second time this season, but Minnesota definitely needs to get more scoring from him. The young superstar has been limited to 38 total points over the last two contests.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Minnesota Timberwolves guard/forward Anthony Edwards had a miserable offensive outing in Wednesday's Game 5 against the Los Angeles Lakers, but the team still managed to end the series with a 103-96 road win. Edwards went 0-for-11 with the three-ball and 5-for-19 overall from the field during a 15-point performance. However, despite his struggles on the offensive end, the Timberwolves superstar almost had a triple-double. He was among the top rebounders in the game with 11 boards and dished out eight assists. Defensively, Edwards contributed three steals, and he didn't register a single turnover in 43 minutes on the floor. Edwards and the Timberwolves have now taken down Kevin Durant and LeBron James in the first round in back-to-back years. He will be fired up against anyone in his path and will enter the second round averaging 26.8 points, 8.4 rebounds, 6.2 assists, and 1.2 steals this postseason.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards (thumb) is questionable for Monday's meeting with the Pacers. He has a laceration on his right thumb, although it's unknown how severe the Injury is. With the postseason right around the corner, the team may take the cautious approach by keeping him off the floor to avoid further damage. If that's the case, Julius Randle, amassing a team-high 20 points in Friday's win over the Pelicans, should see an uptick in production. Jaden McDaniels, Nickeil Alexander-Walker, and Donte DiVincenzo figure to also see more scoring opportunities.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
