Sam Hauser Sits Out Monday's Game
2 months agoBoston Celtics forward Sam Hauser (hip) will not play against the Houston Rockets on Monday. He is forced to exit the lineup due to a right hip impingement. Derrick White (shin) is also out on Monday, giving Payton Pritchard and Al Horford a chance to take on more prominent roles in the rotation. However, fantasy managers shouldn't expect too much from the pair, as both players have struggled to perform recently, and Monday's matchup is against a team that has the fourth-best defensive rating in the NBA.

Sam Hauser Returns From Two-Game Absence Friday
2 months agoBoston Celtics forward Sam Hauser (hip) will re-enter the lineup on Friday against the New Orleans Pelicans. He has been dealing with a pinched nerve in his right hip lately. Hauser offers three-point shooting off the Celtics bench and has been exceptional with his work recently. Across his last four outings, the 27-year-old has made 12 shots from deep with a 60 percent efficiency. The Pelicans allow the seventh-most three-point attempts in the league, so this looks like a very favorable matchup for Hauser and the Celtics, who take the most three-pointers.
