Brooklyn Nets guard D'Angelo Russell (personal) will play on Saturday against Miami. The 28-year-old wasn't available for Wednesday's loss to the Phoenix Suns. Ben Simmons (illness) also wasn't on the floor for that one, resulting in Keon Johnson getting some work at the point and finishing with 20 points. But with Russell and Simmons back in the mix, Johnson likely won't be as productive. As far as Russell is concerned, he's played well since being acquired by the Nets, averaging 14.6 points, 8.3 assists, and 1.6 steals in seven appearances for Brooklyn. With Cameron Johnson (ankle) still on the shelf, D'Lo may be more productive.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller

Brooklyn Nets point guard D'Angelo Russell (ankle) will not play in Tuesday's contest against the New Orleans Pelicans. Ever since he returned to Brooklyn, Russell has been in and out of the lineup due to various health issues, and he is currently nursing a right ankle sprain. Reece Beekman has just logged his first career start and may get another opportunity in Tuesday's game. He was impactful at both ends in Sunday's loss to the Toronto Raptors, posting 14 points, four rebounds, five assists, and three steals.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller

Brooklyn Nets guard D'Angelo Russell (ankle) won't play on Sunday against the Raptors. The Nets have five games left on the schedule. However, Brooklyn isn't going anywhere near the postseason in any capacity, so it's possible Russell is done for the remainder of the 2024-25 campaign. With Nicolas Claxton (rest) and Cameron Johnson (back) also ruled out, Keon Johnson, Ziaire Williams, and Trendon Watford may be the most reliable fantasy options, although Tyrese Martin and Drew Timme may also get more involved.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller

Brooklyn Nets guard D'Angelo Russell (ankle) will play on Thursday versus Minnesota. The veteran continues to appear on the injury report because of a sore ankle. Yet, he was able to suit up for Monday's win over the Dallas Mavericks, finishing with 18 points, 11 assists, two steals, and one block. With Cameron Johnson (back) ruled out, Russell should be one of the Nets' top producers on Thursday evening.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller

Brooklyn Nets guard D'Angelo Russell (ankle) won't play on Saturday against Washington. The veteran had only five points in 18 minutes in Friday's loss to the Clippers. With that in mind, the Nets can't earn a Play-In berth, so Russell along with Nicolas Claxton (rest), who also suit up, and Cameron Johnson could see less work for the remainder of the 2024-25 campaign. As a result, Keon Johnson should handle things at the one, with Reece Beekman also in line for more work.--Dennis Clausen - RotoBaller
