Tyrese Haliburton Out On Tuesday
13 seconds agoIndiana Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton (groin) won't play on Tuesday versus the Cavs. Head coach Rick Carlisle clarified Halliburton's ailment, reporting he's been bothered by a groin issue as opposed to a hamstring injury. For now, the 24-year-old is considered day-to-day. Haliburton is having a down year compared to last, averaging 18.1 points, 8.8 assists, and 3.6 rebounds with 1.3 steals. But he's at least stayed healthy, with Tuesday night marking his first absence of the 2024-25 campaign. Ben Sheppard will get the start against Cleveland. However, T.J. McConnell, Pascal Siakam, and Bennedict Mathurin should benefit the most from Halliburton's absence.
