Despite not securing a win in 2024, Patrick Cantlay had a successful season, finishing in the top 25 12 times. While he skipped the Sony Open last weekend, Cantlay competed in The Sentry the week prior, where he finished T15. During that event, he gained strokes in every category except on approach, where he lost 0.30 strokes to the field. This marked his first time losing strokes on approach since The Memorial Tournament in June of 2024, and the most since The Players Championship in March of last year. Dating back to last season, Cantlay has finished inside the top 25 in seven straight events. He has also had prior success at The American Express, making the cut in five consecutive trips with finishes of second, ninth, T9, T26, and T52. In an event known for its easy-to-reach par-fives, scoring on these holes will be crucial. In 2024, Cantlay ranked 11th on tour in birdie-or-better percentage on par-fives. At a price tag of $9,600 on DraftKings, Cantlay can safely be inserted into fantasy lineups.--Dakota Legg - RotoBaller
