NFL Playoffs Rankings: Fantasy Football Draft Rankings and FFPC Playoff Challenge (2025)

Lamar Jackson - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS Lineup Picks

Scott Engel's top 80 NFL playoffs fantasy football rankings for the 2025 FFPC Playoff Challenge and NFL playoff league drafts. Use his postseason rankings to win big.

Welcome, RotoBallers, to the 2025 NFL Playoffs and our continuing coverage of fantasy football playoff leagues. Fantasy football is still going strong during the NFL playoffs – including new drafts and contests forming before the Wild Card Weekend games.

The NFL postseason starts with one of the most challenging and unique fantasy football playoff leagues you can participate in: The Fantasy Football Players Championship (FFPC) Playoff Challenge. The format is highly compelling, and the rewards for winning are generous and impressive. The setup allows you to pick just one player from every team. The rankings provided here are generated accordingly. Players are ranked by a combination of projected production and potential to play in the most NFL playoff games.

A complete FFPC scoring, roster, and rules guide is featured here. A primary scoring point to note is that TEs get 1.5 points for every reception, which factors into the rankings. The ranks can also be effectively utilized for all fantasy playoff league formats.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

NFL Playoff Rankings Overview

For FFPC Playoff Challenge purposes, you should scroll down the rankings list after you pick one player from each position/team to the next available players from other teams. For example, if you pick Lamar Jackson, you can then skip the rest of the Ravens and move on to the Bills players if you see them as the next best team to advance to the Super Bowl and play the most games.

Diversifying your picks via multiple entries is suggested, and this comprehensive list can serve you well when doing so.

Fantasy Football Playoff Rankings No. 1-40

1. Lamar Jackson: This season’s Ravens appear to be the best team Jackson has played on in his career. Baltimore’s pass defense has turned it around, and Derrick Henry is ready to help Jackson potentially make his first Super Bowl run.

2. Josh Allen: He is fully capable of carrying Buffalo to its first Super Bowl since the Jim Kelly era. One of the two elite playoff fantasy QBs in the field who has a chance to play in four games.

3. Jared Goff: Detroit looks like the best team in the NFC and the NFL as the playoffs open. The pilot of the league’s top offense, he is a candidate to be named the Super Bowl MVP if the Lions win it all.

4. Patrick Mahomes: The Chiefs seem to be regaining their best form in time for the playoffs, but getting past Baltimore and Buffalo may be more difficult than before.

5. Jalen Hurts: Should be ready for the first round. Philadelphia has the best shot to knock off the Lions in the NFC.

6. Amon-Ra St. Brown: The No. 1 pass-catcher on the league’s best offense, he is my top non-QB pick. You might see a higher ceiling in the postseason.

7. Derrick Henry: Ready to add another chapter to his historic career tale, with the only thing that is missing – an epic postseason to remember.

8. Jahmyr Gibbs: Would rank first among skill position players if David Montgomery was not expected back for the playoffs. The upside is still massive, of course.

9. Saquon Barkley: The best pure fantasy RB in the playoffs, but the Lions could prevent a fourth game played. If you pick Goff or St. Brown in the FFPC Playoff Challenge, though, Barkley does slide into the lineup easily as the Eagles pick.

10. James Cook: The most important Bills player outside of Allen. He might deliver more than one TD in the wild card round to start.

11. A.J. Brown: Averaged just over 16 yards per reception during the regular season, and if the Eagles meet the Lions in the NFC Championship Game, he may explode regardless of the result.

12. David Montgomery: The league’s most reliable TD machine is reportedly trending towards a return for the postseason.

13. Mark Andrews: Set a new career high with 11 TD receptions, with six in his final six regular season games. Andrews is a must-roster player in the FFPC Playoff Challenge if you are willing to pivot off Jackson as your Ravens pick.

14. Travis Kelce: We know he can produce his best when the bell rings for the postseason.

15. Justin Jefferson: Minnesota likely won’t beat Detroit or Philadelphia, yet you can still get at least two fine outings from Jefferson.

16. DeVonta Smith: Came on strong late in the regular season with a pair of 100-yard outings and three TDs in three games. He was apparently revving up for the playoffs.

17. Baker Mayfield: After posting impressive new career highs in the regular season, Mayfield isn’t going to back down against any postseason opponent. He has a good shot of delivering quality totals in at least two playoff games.

18. Sam Darnold: He has no postseason experience and might commit a decisive turnover that will end Minnesota’s season. Darnold revived his career in admirable fashion, but the Vikings can’t quite hang with the truly elite teams.

19. Aaron Jones: Late-season production was not great, but he is fully capable of turning up the levels of production in the playoffs.

20. Jameson Williams: Blossoming in his third season, Williams is a fun and terrific upside play. But there are other Lions players who obviously offer higher ceilings. If you join the FFPC Playoff Challenge with multiple entries, do try to get Williams on at least one team.

21. Nico Collins: If you believe that Houston will at least get past the Chargers, then Collins is certainly the guy you want to roster from the Texans.

22. Justin Herbert: Finished the regular season in strong form. Herbert lacks an illustrious crew of playmakers, yet he can lead the Chargers past the wild card round for a second game.

23. Sam LaPorta: Was a disappointment overall during the regular season. However, LaPorta did start to elevate his production late in the year.

24. Puka Nacua: If the Rams become the team to overcome expectations in the playoffs, Nacua will play a big role in any success past the first round.

25. Zay Flowers: The knee injury bumps him down about eight spots from where he would be ranked if healthy. When Flowers is good to go, he has already shown the willingness to chase the postseason spotlight.

26. Khalil Shakir: I expect Shakir to be the most productive Buffalo WR during the playoffs. A big outing from him on a potential Super Bowl run is one of my gut calls.

27. Jayden Daniels: No rookie quarterback has ever played in a Super Bowl. If any QB can shock the world in the postseason field, he may be just the guy to do it, though.

28. Mike Evans: He will be ultra-dependable for possibly two games. He and Mayfield won’t be contained as long as Tampa Bay remains alive.

29. Ladd McConkey: Coming off a tremendous rookie year, McConkey does appear to be a viable playoff performer. But it is still his first time in the postseason, so that can be a tiebreaker to consider when faced with a tough fantasy playoff lineup call.

30. Kyren Williams: Will be an engine of the Rams' offense if they can push past the first round.

31. Bucky Irving: Averaged 5.4 yards per carry during the regular season. This dazzling runner is now an essential piece of a potent Tampa Bay offense. Irving has some real promise for at least two games.

32. Isiah Pacheco: Production since returning from a leg injury has not been up to his usual standards. Kansas City might play four games, but Pacheco is a statistical risk that could prevent your playoff entry from advancing.

33. Josh Jacobs: Certainly came through with a great regular season. You only may get one good performance out of Jacobs, though, as the Packers have not shown they can vie with the very best teams in the league. A first-round trip to Philadelphia doesn’t bode well for playoff survival.

34. Terry McLaurin: Has finally found a QB partner who will help him reach his ceiling on a more frequent basis. A value play of sorts if Washington topples Tampa Bay in the first round..

35. Xavier Worthy: Might be hard to predict which Chiefs WR will post the best numbers in any game. Worthy has the most upside.

36. Matthew Stafford: I don’t doubt Stafford and Sean McVay can make a deeper playoff run than most expect. The Rams are my sleeper NFC playoff team.

37. C.J. Stroud: More than one game is possible, but I won’t expect terrific numbers even if that happens.

38. Rashod Bateman: Boom or bust pick who does have considerable appeal when you are playing against a large FFPC field.

39. Jalen McMillan: Caught seven of his eight TD passes in the final five games of the regular season. Rolling into the postseason along with Mayfield.

40. Joe Mixon: Faltered late in the regular season but was mostly rested in the finale and hopefully will be more productive to open the postseason.
