Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Roman Wilson (hamstring) was designated to return from Injured Reserve on Tuesday, according to NFL insider Ari Meirov. The rookie third-round selection has been out of action since late October due to a hamstring injury. However, he did not catch a pass this year and only played in one game before being sidelined. The team could get him back for the playoff push, but it would be a surprise if he makes an impact despite the lackluster Pittsburgh wide receiver room. Wilson can continue to be stashed in deep dynasty leagues, but his fantasy outlook moving forward is not looking promising. UPDATE: Wilson was a full practice participant on Tuesday.--Jackson Sparks - RotoBaller

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Roman Wilson (hamstring) was a full participant in practice on Wednesday. Wilson has been marred by injuries all season long. He was only able to play in one regular season game. He did not record any statistics in a Week 6 rout of the Las Vegas Raiders. Wilson is a talented rookie with excellent route-running ability and speed. He has the talent to be a legitimate No. 2 option opposite George Pickens. The Steelers are in desperate need of playmaking ability, and Wilson could provide that immediately. Wilson has been practicing with the team for the past couple of weeks. He was unable to play in the regular season finale, but he seems to be tracking to play in a huge Wild Card matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. Of course, he will need to be activated from injured reserve in order to do so. Wilson would likely see limited snaps in this game, but his playmaking ability would allow him to do a lot with limited action.--Quincy Milton III - RotoBaller

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Roman Wilson (hamstring) was a full participant during Tuesday's practice session. Wilson was designated to return from the injured reserve at the end of December. He was a full participant in practice all last week, but Wilson remained sidelined for the regular season finale. However, it seems possible that Wilson could return to the field for Saturday's Wild-Card matchup against the Baltimore Ravens. Wilson has been out since October, so the Steelers haven't been able to see what the rookie wideout can do. If active, Wilson would likely play a minimal role during Saturday's playoff game.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Roman Wilson (hamstring) returned to practice this week after being designated to return from Injured Reserve, but he has been ruled out of the Week 18 game against the Cincinnati Bengals. The rookie third-round pick out of Michigan will go without a catch in his debut season, which isn't a great sign for his future outlook. However, the Steelers are one of the few organizations to take it slow with first-year players, and his injury misfortunate has also held him back. He can continue to be stashed in deep dynasty leagues, and it will be interesting to see if he can return and make an impact in the NFL postseason.--Jackson Sparks - RotoBaller

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver Roman Wilson (hamstring) has been placed on the injured reserve on Monday. Wilson came into the season with plenty of hype, but sadly injuries have slowed him down. He suffered an ankle injury before the season began and now he's dealing with a hamstring issue. Wilson has only played in one game up to this point. He'll miss the next four games after getting placed on the IR. The third-round pick is worth holding in dynasty leagues, but is unlikely to have value in redraft formats.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
