Jrue Holiday Could Miss Another Game
Jrue Holiday (shoulder) is questionable for Friday's game against the Pacers. The veteran has a right shoulder injury, which kept him off the floor for the Christmas Day loss to the 76ers. Al Horford moved into the starting lineup, finishing with 17 points and shooting 5-for-10 from behind the arc. With Kristaps Porzingis (ankle) also uncertain for Friday's contest, Horford could find himself back with the first five. Sam Hauser, averaging 16.5 points and 50.0% shooting from deep in two starts, and Payton Pritchard may also see an uptick in minutes and production behind Jayson Tatum, Jaylen Brown, and Derrick White.

Jrue Holiday Practices Fully Saturday
Jrue Holiday (hamstring) was a full participant in Saturday's practice. "He was able to do everything that we worked on. He is getting better every day," Celtics head coach Joe Mazzulla said. This is a very encouraging development regarding Holiday's potential return to action for Game 1 versus the New York Knicks on Monday. He missed the final three games of Boston's first-round series against the Orlando Magic due to a hamstring strain. Before getting hurt, Holiday notched 10.0 points, 3.5 rebounds, 5.5 assists, and 1.5 steals per game at the start of the postseason. His return to the lineup is set to send Al Horford back to the bench, although the veteran big man should remain an important part of the rotation.

Jrue Holiday Out Again On Tuesday Night
Jrue Holiday (hamstring) won't play on Tuesday versus Orlando. He was available for the first two games of the series with the Magic. Unfortunately, the veteran has missed the last two contests because of a hamstring strain. There was hope Holiday would be back by now. However, it appears Al Horford will be in line for another start, with the 38-year-old coming off a six-point, six-rebound, five-block showing in Game 4.

Jrue Holiday Won't Play On Sunday
Jrue Holiday (hamstring) won't play on Sunday versus Orlando. He didn't do much on the scoring end in the first two games of the series, combining for only 10 points. Still, he was certainly missed on Friday night in the loss to Orlando, especially on the defensive end. Without Holiday in the lineup, Al Horford, who had six points, seven rebounds, and two blocks in Game 3, will presumably stay in the starting lineup, with Luke Kornet potentially remaining more involved from off the bench.

Jrue Holiday Classified As "Day-To-Day"
Jrue Holiday (hamstring) is considered "day-to-day." The Celtics' injury report for Sunday's meeting with the Orlando Magic hasn't been released. However, it's safe to say Holiday will be listed on it heading into that one. The 34-year-old averaged only 10 points in the first two games of the series. Yet, he was certainly missed on the defensive end in the Game 3 loss on Friday night. If Holiday can't suit up for Game 4, Al Horford, who is coming off a six-point, seven rebound, two-block effort, will likely remain in the starting lineup, with Luke Kornet expected to receive more minutes from off the bench.
