The Cleveland Browns and fantasy football managers are eager to get wide receiver Cedric Tillman back on the field. The team is gearing up for a game against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 16.
Tillman has been absent for three consecutive games due to a concussion. His injury status, Nick Chubb's season-ending injury, and a quarterback change to Dorian Thompson-Robinson have left the Browns' offense searching for answers.

Cedric Tillman Injury Update for Fantasy Football
The receiver has been sidelined since suffering a concussion in Week 12 versus the Pittsburgh Steelers. The injury has kept him out of action for three straight games, and he has yet to clear the NFL's concussion protocol. Tillman's last opportunity to play was Week 15, but he could not pass the required steps to partake in the contest with Kansas City.

Head coach Kevin Stefanski is "hopeful" the Tennessee product can return this week, but his status is uncertain. The coach remains optimistic about Tillman's chances of being available for Week 16, but the wideout must fully progress through protocol to be cleared for Sunday's game.
His return would be timely, as the Browns' offense could use the help. Tillman had three double-digit PPR games in his last five appearances, including three touchdowns over Weeks 8 and 9, showcasing his ability to contribute to the passing game.
Cedric Tillman Fantasy Football Outlook
If the wideout is allowed to return, he could provide much-needed support to the Browns' offense. The offense has seen instability with a quarterback change and the loss of Nick Chubb in Week 15. While Jerry Jeudy remains the primary receiving option, Tillman has shown he can be a dependable No. 2 WR.
The quarterback situation, with Thompson-Robinson starting in Week 16, adds uncertainty. Tillman's chemistry with his former high school teammate might ease some concerns, but it is not enough to make him a lock for fantasy lineups. That is right; Tillman and Thompson-Robinson were on the same HS squad.

Tillman remains a fringe flex option, depending on his health. If the former third-round pick cannot play, consider shifting to waiver options like Jalen Coker, Rashod Bateman, or Tim Patrick. These players offer potential upside during this important fantasy playoff stretch. As always, keep a close eye on Tillman's progress through the concussion protocol as the week progresses.
