Week 15 Kicker Outlooks for Fantasy Football
Justin Tucker, Baltimore Ravens - Fantasy Football Outlook
Baltimore Ravens kicker Justin Tucker is in the midst of the worst season in his 13-year career. He's only made 70.4% of his 27 field goal attempts this year while missing two extra points on top of it. The New York Giants are right around the middle of the pack against opposing kickers as they give up an average of 8.2 fantasy points per contest.
Tucker may have used the bye week in a big way for his confidence, but he's posted eight weeks outside of K1 territory this season. His ceiling is still one of the best kickers in the league, but fantasy managers will want to temper expectations with how this season has gone.
- Alex Fischbein, RotoBaller
Cameron Dicker, Los Angeles Chargers - Fantasy Football Outlook
Los Angeles Chargers kicker Cameron Dicker is a good fantasy option once again in a Week 15 game against the Tampa Bay Bucs. Dicker has made 28 of his 30 field goal kicks and 23 of his 26 extra point tries so far this season.
He remains one of the more consistent and reliable kickers, which is very out of the ordinary in recent Chargers history. In Week 15, Dicker and the Bolts face a Bucs team in a game that should offer enough scoring chances to bring Dicker back into the top-10 scoring fantasy kickers.
- David A. Marcillo, RotoBaller
Jake Bates, Detroit Lions - Fantasy Football Outlook
Detroit Lions kicker Jake Bates has turned a corner recently with his fantasy production. In his past five games, Bates has made four field goals of 50-plus yards and has double-digit fantasy points in four of those last five contests.
In a home matchup with the Bills in Week 15, there figure to be points scored with two great offenses featured in what could turn out to be a shootout. Look for Bates to continue his recent strong stretch if the Lions' drives stall short of finding the end zone. He figures to be a strong play at the kicker position this week.
