The Las Vegas Raiders had a bit of a carousel at running back this season. Multiple running backs have rotated in as the starter this season, and there's been little clarity as to who the solidified starter is for stretches of longer than a couple of weeks.
To start the season, RB Zamir White (quadriceps) was the clear starter, with former Minnesota Viking Alexander Mattison (ankle) serving as his backup. However, White didn't play well at any point, leading to him eventually being benched and supplanted by Mattison as the starter.
But both the top-2 RBs eventually missed time with injury, leading third-stringer Ameer Abdullah to get playing time. Rookie back Dylan Laube fumbled on his first touch, possibly eventually leading the team to sign Sincere McCormick to the active roster. So, should you pick up Abdullah or McCormick?

Sincere McCormick Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Outlook
McCormick was recently signed to the active roster after a solid performance in Week 13. He carried the ball 12 times for 64 yards, averaging just over 5.3 yards per carry, and caught two passes for one yard. He showed nice efficiency and made a few nice chunk gains.
Sincere McCormick succeeds where Zamir White and Alexander Mattison have failed - explosive plays.

The team has been in desperate need of explosive plays, and McCormick provided them last week as he did the week before. Raiders head coach Antonio Pierce spoke positively of the third-year pro, indicating that he'll get more work in Week 14. Pierce is generally reliable when speaking on usage in future games.
#Raiders HC Antonio Pierce on Sincere McCormick:
“This is a dude, he’s earning more reps. He’ll keep playing for us. And the way he’s running — tough, physical, hard-nosed, bouncing off, fresh legs… His style of play and physicality really showed up.”

For now, he's the running back to try to get if you want anyone from this backfield. The two most likely possibilities now seem to be Mattison returning from his injury and operating in a fairly even split committee with McCormick or the former UTSA roadrunner taking over the majority of the carries due to his impressive play in limited action.
Ameer Abdullah Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Outlook
The revolving door for Las Vegas' RBs saw Abdullah post two games with double-digit PPR fantasy points, but as quickly as he appeared, he was gone in Week 13, scoring just 7.3 PPR FPTs. He was out-carried and out-produced by McCormick, and he'll likely be replaced by Mattison or at least see some of his touches siphoned away.
Takeaways: Raiders vs Chiefs
1. Sincere McCormick worked more into the RB rotation in Week 13
1a. Snaps: 10% to 38%
1b. RB opportunities: 26% to 54%
1c. He makes Ameer Abdullah a low floor option, barely usable for streaming

He's not a fun player to own right now and will not be great for starting lineups moving forward.
Should I Pickup Sincere McCormick or Ameer Abdullah For Fantasy Football?
You should pick up McCormick. Abdullah likely won't see much work when Mattison returns and likely won't get a fantasy football start-worthy role in the future.
