Troy Terry Amasses Three Assists In Victory Over Senators
4 months agoAnaheim Ducks right wing Troy Terry recorded three assists and scored in the shootout as the team beat Ottawa 4-3 on home ice Sunday. Terry assisted Frank Vatrano on two goals, including once on the power play, and linked up with Vatrano to help Jackson LaCombe get a goal. Terry's night included a whopping nine shots on goal. Despite being very active in front of the net, Terry failed to register a goal, but that has been the story of his season. He's netted just six times with 57 shots on goal. Luckily for fantasy managers, Terry has been a steady source for assists, particularly in recent games. The 27-year-old has put together a four-game point streak with seven assists. He's got 13 assists and 19 points in 23 games for the campaign.

Troy Terry Considered A Game-Time Decision Tuesday
2 months agoAnaheim Ducks right wing Troy Terry (illness) is a game-time call for Tuesday's tilt against the Dallas Stars. Anaheim's top scorer is battling to overcome an illness and may be out for a second straight game. In his last appearance against the Calgary Flames, Terry saw a four-game scoring streak come to an end. He has amassed 16 goals and 39 points in 47 games during the season. Mason McTavish filled in for Terry in the top six on Sunday against the Montreal Canadiens and could have a larger role to play again against the Stars. McTavish has been hot recently, picking up eight points (seven goals, one assist) over the past six games.

Troy Terry Uncertain For Tuesday's Action
3 months agoAnaheim Ducks right wing Troy Terry (personal) may sit out Tuesday's game against Calgary. His wife has gone into labor, and Ducks head coach Greg Cronin said Tuesday morning that he is unsure if Terry will be available. Terry has crushed it lately, totaling five goals and eight points in his past six appearances. If he is out on Tuesday, Brett Leason is expected to grab Terry's spot on the first line. Leason has not contributed much offensively in 2024-25, scoring five goals and 12 points with 49 shots in 32 outings. Terry's absence would also allow enforcer Ross Johnston to enter the lineup on the fourth line.

Troy Terry Nets Two Goals In Losing Effort
4 months agoAnaheim Ducks right wing Troy Terry scored two goals on six shots in Monday's 3-2 shootout defeat against Montreal. His second goal of the night came in a power-play situation. The two-goal effort gives Terry eight markers for the season, with half of them having come on the power play. He's on a team-high 21 points (eight goals, 13 assists) through 26 outings. After enjoying an eight-game point streak in October, Terry has been inconsistent offensively, but he's the runaway leader in scoring on the team. The next best Duck, Frank Vatrano, sits on 13 points. Only two teams are averaging fewer goals than Anaheim, which impacts everybody's offensive output in the squad.
