4 mins agoThe Seattle Seahawks defense/special teams limited the New York Jets to 21 points in Week 13. They forced two turnovers and recorded a blocked kick. While the unit did allow a special teams touchdown, they were solid overall and only allowed the Jets offense to score 14 points. This D/ST is on the rise. Since coming out of the bye, they have limited the 49ers, Cardinals, and Jets to 21 points or less. Neither the 49ers nor the Cardinals reached 20 points. Head coach Mike Macdonald has clearly made excellent adjustments that have galvanized this unit. They are playing with cohesion, poise, and an aggressiveness that they did not demonstrate early in the season. The Seahawks now sit at 7-5 with control over the NFC West.
