Buffalo Bills wide receiver Keon Coleman (wrist) has now missed two of his team's contests and had three total weeks off due to a wrist injury he picked up in Week 9. Fortunately, the timing of the team's bye week in Week 12 gave him extra time to recover.
He was having what looked like a breakout, as he hauled in nine passes for 195 yards and two touchdowns in Weeks 7-8, his last two games before suffering the malady that's left him unable to play. He has a big game coming up against the San Francisco 49ers tonight.
Will Coleman be able to suit up for Sunday Night Football?

Keon Coleman Fantasy Football Injury Update
We're not 100% sure yet, but things are trending in the right direction. It wasn't revealed exactly what his injury was, but he wasn't placed on injured reserve, so assuming he'd miss less than four weeks was reasonable. Also, the team reportedly feels optimistic about his availability, and they didn't elevate another WR from the practice squad.
.@AdamSchefter just reported on Sunday NFL Countdown the Bills are “hopeful” to have Keon Coleman this evening and he’s pushing to play.
Also a good sign they didn’t elevate a WR from practice squad yesterday.

Generally, if an organization doesn't feel good about the chances of one of its players being available for a game, it will elevate someone from the same position from the practice squad to keep the same number of those type of players available for the game. It's a depth-related strategy to ensure further injuries don't lead to disaster.
Of course, it's always frustrating for fantasy managers to have to make decisions on who to start or sit with incomplete information and with a late-window game. They won't be able to swap Coleman out with someone else with certainty that No. 0 won't take the field. But that's how the NFL schedule affects us.
Keon Coleman Fantasy Football Injury Impact
He's listed as "Questionable" on the injury report for Sunday Night Football. If he is able to suit up, he could see decreased target volume in an effort to minimize his risk of re-aggravating his ailment. It's not possible to know whether that will happen. Teams aren't usually eager to give out this information, as it gives competitive advantages to their opponents.

In leagues with 14 or more teams, you should probably start him. In other leagues, it will depend on what other players you have at the position. If you're on the fence between a clearly injured Coleman playing and another player, it's probably best to roll with Coleman, as you always want to chase upside wherever you can.
There may be snow during the game, though. While crews are actively plowing and clearing out the snow that's fallen, it should continue, and around game time, there's around a 20% chance of further snow falling. Terrible weather conditions don't seem imminent, but it's something to consider. We give a slight ding on Coleman's projected performance, but not much.
Weather has a way of being unpredictable, though.
