Tommy Tremble In Line For Larger Role In Week 13
1 month agoCarolina Panthers tight end Tommy Tremble should see the field more in Week 13 against the division-rival Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday with rookie Ja'Tavion Sanders (neck) ruled out. Sanders suffered a scary neck injury in the Week 12 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, and although he avoided a serious injury, he won't be active on Sunday. Tremble played 82% of the offensive snaps last week due to Sanders' injury, which was his highest snap percentage of the year since Week 4. The 24-year-old was only targeted twice, though, catching one pass for a five-yard gain. Tremble only has 10 receptions on 14 targets for 77 yards and no touchdowns on the year in his six games played, so he should remain on the waiver wire in most fantasy formats heading into Week 13 action. However, he could be worth a look in deep two-tight end leagues in hopes he can find the end zone for the first time in 2024.
