Jake Ferguson Injury Update
Ferguson suffered a concussion in the Week 11 loss to the Texans and wasn’t available for the NFC East matchup with the Commanders. Luke Schoonmaker took over, and while he had only three catches for 55 yards, he at least found the end zone.
Cowboys ruled out Jake Ferguson for the Thanksgiving game vs. the New York Giants due to his concussion. His replacement, once again, will be Luke Schoonmaker.

Granted, it was his first touchdown of the 2024-25 campaign. But Schoonmaker at least earned himself another start in multi-tight-end formats despite going up against a Giants defense that has allowed only two touchdowns to opposing tight ends all year.
Will Dissly Injury Update
Dissly will enter the Week 13 outing versus the Falcons having caught 13 passes for 157 yards and a score in his last three games. Although those numbers aren’t the greatest, it was still better than some of the other tight ends around the National Football League.
Unfortunately, the 28-year-old appeared on the injury report on Wednesday because of a groin injury and didn’t practice. He still has time to get healthy. But with Hayden Hurst recently landing on the injured reserve list, Tucker Fisk and Stone Smartt could be in line for more snaps if Dissly can’t suit up.
With that in mind, the duo has only three catches combined this season, so fantasy managers should look elsewhere for a replacement if Dissly isn’t on the field.
Noah Fant Injury Update
The Seahawks haven’t had Fant on the field for the last three games because of a groin issue. But it appears he’s gearing up toward a return after practicing in full on Wednesday.
As long as that trend continues, the 2019 No. 20 overall pick should be good to go for Sunday’s game against the Jets. Fant hasn’t had a productive 2024-25 campaign, amassing only 27 catches for 285 yards.
He also hasn’t found the end zone. As a result, Fant isn’t expected to be featured in many fantasy lineups in Week 13. Yet, that could change if Tyler Lockett (knee) and/or DK Metcalf (shoulder) aren’t available.
Tyler Higbee Injury Update
Matthew Stafford could be getting another receiving option back, with Higbee returning to the practice field after being sidelined since tearing his ACL and MCL in January. The Rams recently opened the 21-day practice window, so he’s getting close to a return.

However, Higbee’s 2024-25 debut may not come in Week 13 versus the New Orleans Saints. But no matter when he returns, he’ll likely be limited for at least a game or two, making him an extremely risky fantasy option whenever is cleared to suit up.
Dalton Kincaid Injury Update
Kincaid has dealt with several injuries this season. But it was a knee injury that kept him off the field for Buffalo’s win over Kansas City in Week 11.
The Bills were off in Week 12. Still, things aren’t looking good regarding a potential return for Sunday’s game against the 49ers.

Without question, fantasy managers had hoped for more out of Kincaid this season, especially with Stefon Diggs no longer on the roster. Yet, his absence is still not ideal for fantasy managers, considering his ceiling is higher than most at the tight-end spot.
With that said, Dawson Knox, accumulating four catches for 40 yards versus the Chiefs, would remain atop of the depth chart if Kincaid isn’t back, although the number of pass-catchers on the roster makes it difficult for anyone to get consistently involved.
