16 seconds agoDallas Cowboys wide receiver Jalen Tolbert is likely headed for a reduced rule in Week 13 now that Brandin Cooks (knee) is healthy and returning to the lineup. Tolbert had previously been operating as the Cowboys' No. 2 receiver, delivering modest production at best, and now he's dropping to the No. 3 role behind CeeDee Lamb and Cooks. The 25-year-old has two touchdowns over his last four games but hasn't surpassed three catches in a single contest since Week 6.
