Week 12 of the NFL season is in the books, and now we shift our focus to Week 13 and what value plays we can find on the main slate in DFS competitions.
In this weekly piece, I will examine some undervalued sneaky targets. By selecting these players, you will have more flexibility in other positions to secure a high-end player elsewhere in your lineup. No matter what competition you are playing in DFS, finding a budget player with a safe floor and room for upside is the recipe for success.
I will include the DraftKings (DK) and FanDuel (FD) prices for each player in the main slate competition. However, when discussing which players are valued, I will focus primarily on their DraftKings prices. Even though both platforms have a few minor differences in scoring, a value is usually playable on any format given their relation to other highly priced players at their position.

Quarterback NFL DFS Value Plays - Week 13
Will Levis, TEN at WSH | DK: $5K FD: $6.7K
Will Levis has quietly begun to find his footing after a roller-coaster opening to the season. Over his past three games, Levis has scored at least 20.0 PPR points in each contest.
Over his past two games, Levis has thrown for at least 275 yards and tallied at least two passing scores in two of his past three contests.
Hey guys

This weekend, he has a favorable matchup against the Washington Commanders, who have allowed 20+ PPR points to opposing QBs in each of the past three games. Given Levis’s willingness to push the ball downfield, he could be in store for a season-best effort.
Justin Herbert, LAC at ATL | DK: $5.7K, FD: $7.9K
Herbert had a slight drop in production on Monday evening, as he scored 19.8 PPR points with just 218 passing yards. He relied on his legs in this one, as he scored his second rushing touchdown over the past three weeks.
Since Week 8, Herbert has averaged a solid 24.0 PPR points per game with 248.0 yards and nine total scores. This weekend, he will face the Atlanta Falcons, who have allowed the seventh-most PPR points to opposing QBs this season.
Running Back NFL DFS Value Plays - Week 13
Rachaad White, TB at CAR | DK: $5.3K, FD: $6.5K
The Buccaneers will likely continue to operate in a committee, but in a favorable matchup against the league’s worst run defense, all the running backs could have a productive game.
Last weekend, White had a modest output on the ground but found the back of the end zone, which salvaged his day. Despite catching only one pass last weekend, White was heavily involved in the passing game during Weeks 7 through 10, seeing at least five targets in each contest.
Given Carolina’s struggles to contain the run, White and the entire Tampa Bay backfield could have a path to a big game. With White being significantly cheaper than Bucky Irving, take the discount that still carries a high upside.
Jeremy McNichols, TEN at WSH | DK: $5.4K, FD: $6.7K
With both Washington running backs, Brian Robinson Jr. (ankle) and Austin Ekeler (concussion), banged up, Jeremy McNichols could be the lone option out of the backfield this weekend facing the Tennessee Titans.
Despite operating as the depth option all season, McNichols has flashed in the few opportunities he has received. During Weeks 4 and 5, he averaged an impressive 7.5 yards per carry and found the end zone three times. Since then, McNichols has averaged 3.7 yards per attempt while seeing just 4.0 carries per game.
Note: If either Robinson or Ekeler can suit up, McNichols will no longer be a value play and carry much higher risk.
Wide Receiver NFL DFS Value Plays - Week 13
Jordan Addison, ARI at MIN | DK: $5.3K, FD: $6.3K
After missing time early in the season with an ankle injury, the sophomore wideout has begun to find his footing in 2024. Over his past two games, Addison has averaged 111.3 yards per game and scored in each contest. In addition, during this span, Addison saw at least eight targets in each game.

This weekend, he has a good matchup against the Cardinals, who have allowed the 15th-most PPR points to opposing wideouts. Given how often Sam Darnold looks his way, expect Addison to continue his hot streak.
Marquez Valdes-Scantling, LAR at NO | DK: $4.5K, FD: $6K
With a depleted wide receiver room in New Orleans, Valdes-Scantling has emerged as a key contributor. He has connected on two long TD receptions in each of his past two games. During this stretch, the veteran wideout has averaged 98.0 yards per game and scored at least 15.0+ PPR points in each contest.
This weekend, he has a great matchup against the Los Angeles Rams, who allow the 13th-most PPR points to opposing wideouts.
Brian Thomas Jr., HOU at JAX | DK: $5.5K, FD: $6.7K
The LSU standout has had trouble finding consistency without his quarterback, but Trevor Lawrence (shoulder) could be in a position to return to action after the bye week.
Over his past three games, Thomas has averaged a mere 7.0 PPR points per game, which was a stark decline from the 15.2 PPR points he averaged during the first eight games of the season.
If Lawrence can return to action, Thomas could be in a great position to smash at his current price against the Houston Texans, who have allowed the eighth-most PPR points to opposing wideouts.
However, even if Mac Jones remains under center, Thomas could still be a value play given the matchup but will carry much more risk.
Tight End NFL DFS Value Plays - Week 13
Zach Ertz, TEN at WSH | DK: $3.8K, FD: $5.4K
The 34-year-old continued to see a hefty target share as he brought in six of his eight targets for 38 yards and a score last weekend. This was his second straight game finding the back of the end zone and the second time in the past three weeks that he saw at least eight targets.

Ertz has become a safety valve for Jayden Daniels in the middle of the field and should continue to provide low-end TE1 production against the Tennessee Titans this weekend.
Will Dissly, LAC at ATL | DK: $4K, FD: $5.2K
Dissly put together another solid showing in Week 12, as he brought in all four of his targets for 47 yards. Over his past three contests, Dissly has seen an average of 5.3 targets per game while averaging 52.3 yards per contest.
He has a great matchup this weekend against the Atlanta Falcons, who have allowed the 14th-most PPR points to opposing TEs.
