Tyreek Hill Limited To 48 Receiving Yards In Win Over New England
1 day agoMiami Dolphins wide receiver Tyreek Hill (wrist) caught five passes on six targets for 48 yards in their 34-15 win over the New England Patriots. This marks the ninth time Hill has failed to reach 15 PPR points this season. Miami threw the ball 40 times in this game, which is the most in any game this season, and Hill still couldn't produce. Fellow wideout Jaylen Waddle took advantage of New England's defense emphasis on shutting down Hill with eight receptions for 144 yards and a touchdown. The offense is playing a different style of football this year, taking what the defense gives them and minimizing unnecessary risks. It's hard to imagine the 30-year-old being a consistent WR1 moving forward. His next opportunity will come on Thanksgiving night at Lambeau Field against the Green Bay Packers, who will possibly be without Jaire Alexander.
