Kyren Williams Looks To Get Back In The End Zone On Sunday
Kyren Williams has had a terrific season. He began the 2024-25 campaign by finding the end zone at least once in the Rams' first seven contests. However, the 24-year-old hasn't scored a touchdown in his last three appearances. Granted, with Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp missing time this season, Williams had to be more involved. With that in mind, he's due to get back on track at some point. Until then, fantasy managers need to stay patient and keep him starting despite a challenging matchup with the Philadelphia Eagles on the horizon for Week 12.

Kyren Williams Hungry For More
Kyren Williams doesn't think he has reached his ceiling despite back-to-back 1,100-yard rushing seasons. Williams has also added an impressive 26 total touchdowns the last two years. "I don't feel like I've touched my peak yet. I've gotten to where I wanted to be, but I'm determined to make this my best season," Williams said. The 24-year-old former fifth-rounder in 2022 remains hungry for more production as he enters the final year of his rookie deal in 2025 with the Rams. L.A. could involve backup Blake Corum behind Williams more in his second year in the league, but Williams remains the team's unquestioned RB1 as long as he's healthy, and he should be considered a solid midrange RB1 option in fantasy drafts this fall. In 16 regular-season games in 2024, Williams was the RB6 in half-PPR scoring with 1,299 rushing yards and 14 rushing TDs on 316 carries.

Rams To Discuss Long-Term Deal With Kyren Williams
Kyren Williams, at the annual league meetings this week to discuss a possible long-term contract extension, according to general manager Les Snead. After recording back-to-back 1,100-plus rushing yards and entering the final year of his rookie contract in 2025, Snead has said the team would like to "engineer a long-term partnership" with the 24-year-old Williams. However, both sides aren't exactly on the same page right now, and it could take time. Snead left open the possibility that Williams plays out the final year of his rookie deal without a new contract. He has become a surefire RB1 in fantasy, and his 14 rushing touchdowns in 2024 tied for fourth-most among RBs. The former fifth-rounder has become L.A.'s clear lead back and the centerpiece of their evolved running attack.

Rams May Be Open To Extension With Kyren Williams
Kyren Williams this offseason after he had another strong year in 2024. Williams accounted for almost 81% of the Rams' rushing attempts out of the backfield this year and ran the ball 316 times for a career-high 1,299 yards and a career-high 14 rushing touchdowns while adding a career-high 34 catches (40 targets) for another 182 yards and two scores through the air in 16 regular-season games. He'll be heading into the final year of his rookie deal in 2025, which makes him eligible for a contract extension this offseason. The 24-year-old has gone for 1,000 rushing yards in each of the last two years and is the first Rams RB since Todd Gurley to score 14 rushing TDs in a single season. Williams will be a strong RB1 choice for fantasy managers in 2025.

Kyren Williams Runs For Over 100 Yards With Costly Fumble
Kyren Williams had a good final stat line with 106 rushing yards on 19 carries and added one catch for a loss of one yard, but he had a very costly fumble that helped the Eagles secure a 28-22 win and eliminate the Rams from the playoffs. Williams had 17 touchdowns in his 18 regular and postseason games and totaled over 100 rushing yards in four of his last seven games. Williams ran for over 1,000 yards in the regular season and was one of the top fantasy running backs. He's lined up to be a clear RB1 next season as the focus of the Rams' offense, although Blake Corum could be worked into more of a timeshare if he's fully recovered from his forearm injury.
