We're down to the home stretch of the fantasy regular season, and with six teams (yes, six) on a bye this week, injuries are going to be an even bigger deal.
Waiver wires and free-agent pickups are likely to be competitive with some lineup regulars on injury reports this week, including Brock Purdy, CeeDee Lamb, DeVonta Smith, and Malik Nabers, among others.

Brock Purdy Injury Update
The San Francisco 49ers' official injury report listed quarterback Brock Purdy (shoulder) as out for their Week 12 game at the Green Bay Packers.
With Purdy unavailable, Brandon Allen -- not Joshua Dobbs -- will start. Allen hasn't thrown a pass since he was a member of the Cincinnati Bengals in 2022, but he's been the team's preferred option as Purdy's backup.
The #49ers have now ruled out QB Brock Purdy because of his shoulder injury and Brandon Allen will start against the #Packers.

CeeDee Lamb and Jake Ferguson Injury Updates
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb will carry a questionable designation into the Cowboys' Week 12 game at Washington, while Dallas will again be without tight end Jake Ferguson (concussion).
The Dallas offense has been a mess with an ineffective running game and a backup quarterback in Cooper Rush, but Lamb should continue drawing huge numbers of targets as long he plays.
Trevon Diggs (groin, knee), CeeDee Lamb (foot, back) are questionable. Jake Ferguson (concussion) has been ruled out.

Devonta Smith Injury Update
Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Devonta Smith (hamstring) will not play on Sunday Night Football against the Los Angeles Rams, according to the Eagles' injury report.
The Eagles are thin at receiver behind Smith and A.J. Brown. After its top two receivers, Philly has directed the majority of its secondary targets at running back Saquon Barkley and tight ends Dallas Goedert and Grant Calcaterra.
The #Eagles ruled out WR DeVonta Smith (hamstring) for Sunday vs. the #Rams.

Isiah Pacheco Injury Update
The return of Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco (leg) will have to wait at least one more week, according to the team's Week 12 injury report. The Chiefs ruled out Pacheco, who has not played since Week 2, against Carolina. Kareem Hunt should serve as K.C.'s primary ball-carrier once again.
Charles Omenihu (knee) and Isiah Pacheco (ankle) won’t play on Sunday, per Coach Reid.
“Just taking it day-by-day,” Reid added.

D'Andre Swift Injury Update
Running back D'Andre Swift (groin) of the Chicago Bears is listed as questionable to play against the Minnesota Vikings, according to Chicago's injury report. Swift did practice in full on Friday, which would seem to indicate he has a real chance to play. Roschon Johnson is the only other Bears running back with more than 10 carries this season.
Bears Friday injury report
OUT: Ryan Bates (concussion), Elijah Hicks (ankle)
QUESTIONABLE: Keenan Allen (ankle - new addition Friday), D'Andre Swift (groin - upgraded to full), Kiran Amegadjie (calf)

Malik Nabers Injury Update
New York Giants wide receiver Malik Nabers (groin) is questionable for the Week 12 game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Nabers did not practice on Friday but said he hopes to play. Wide receiver Wan'Dale Robinson is second on the team with 84 targets, though the Giants passing game in general will see major changes with quarterback Tommy Devito set to start.
WR Malik Nabers is one of five players listed as questionable for #Bucs with a groin injury. Told me in locker room he intends to play.
WR Bryce Ford-Wheaton (Achilles_
LB Micah McFadden (heel)
LB Darius Muasau (hamstring)
WR Malik Nabers (groin)

Sam LaPorta Injury Update
Detroit Lions tight end Sam LaPorta (shoulder) does not appear on the Lions' injury report before their game at Indianapolis. The Iowa product missed last week's win against Jacksonville but appears set to go this week. LaPorta ranks third on the team with 32 targets so far this year.
#Lions TE Sam LaPorta (shoulder) is off the injury report and good to go Sunday vs. the #Colts.

George Kittle Injury Update
San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle (hamstring) does not appear on the 49ers' injury report against Green Bay.
The tight end's return is good news for fantasy managers, albeit alongside the less-great news that Brandon Allen will start with Brock Purdy injured. Kittle is a dynamic player, but the 49ers' offense will certainly look different on Sunday.
Nick Bosa and Brock Purdy have been ruled out ahead of #SFvsGB. See the full injury report:

Mike Evans Injury Update
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans (hamstring) is likely to play in Week 12 against the New York Giants despite a questionable tag.
The Bucs' long-tenured receiver has not played in more than a month as he nursed the injury. Evans may be on a snap count, but he's the team's top pass-catching option whenever he's on the field.
Bucs HC Todd Bowles on how much his team will use Mike Evans’ in his return Sunday vs. the Giants after he had missed the past three games due to a hamstring injury: “We’ll play him as long as he’s healthy and fresh. If he needs to be in there, he’ll be in there, but we’ll get… pic.twitter.com/WST8SmGKZP

Tyjae Spears Injury Update
The Tennessee Titans have ruled out running back Tyjae Spears (concussion) for their Week 12 visit to Houston.
The second-year back apparently was not able to clear protocol in time to play Sunday. Tennessee likely will be leaning more on Tony Pollard with Julius Chestnut possibly set to receive backfield work as well.
Brian Callahan said Tyjae Spears, Leroy Watson IV and L’Jarius Sneed will be out #Titans

Jonathon Brooks Injury Update
Carolina Panthers running back Jonathon Brooks (knee) is questionable on the club's injury report but is expected to play against the Kansas City Chiefs. The rookie appears set to make his NFL debut after tearing his ACL during his final season at Texas. He likely will reprieve Chuba Hubbard against the tough Chiefs defense.
Jonathon Brooks is “absolutely” going to play, per Canales. Adam Thielen and Tommy Tremble will also play against the Chiefs. #panthers

Austin Seibert Injury Update
Washington Commanders kicker Austin Seibert (hip) is officially listed as questionable to play against the Dallas Cowboys but is "trending the right way," according to head coach Dan Quinn.
Seibert unexpectedly has been a top-five fantasy kicker with the help of a breakout Washington offense but has missed the past two games. If he is forced to miss another week, Zane Gonzalez would likely handle kicking duties for the Commanders.
Dan Quinn said K Austin Seibert (hip) is "trending in the right way" toward kicking Sunday.
