Week 12 Tight End Outlooks For Fantasy Football
Cade Otton, Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Fantasy Football Outlook
Tampa Bay Buccaneers tight end Cade Otton has seen his fantasy value skyrocket over the last month or so. The Bucs are shorthanded on offense which has resulted in a bigger role for Otton on offense. The 25-year-old has seen eight or more targets in each of the last four games.
However, Otton could see his role decrease with wide receiver Mike Evans (hamstring) likely to return in Week 12. The expectation is that Otton will remain involved, but he could lose some targets.
Fantasy managers should still be able to lean on him as a TE1 against the New York Giants this weekend. Although, fantasy managers shouldn't have too many more 10-plus target games from Otton.

Hunter Henry, New England Patriots - Fantasy Football Outlook
New England Patriots tight end Hunter Henry has formed a strong rapport with rookie quarterback Drake Maye, which bodes well for the veteran pass-catcher heading into Week 12 against the Miami Dolphins. Henry is averaging five catches, 51.8 receiving yards, 0.2 touchdowns, and 11.2 fantasy points (half-PPR) through Maye's six games as the Patriots starter.
He has been the overall TE12 during that six-week stretch, leading the team in catches. This week, Henry faces the Dolphins, who rank near the middle of the league in terms of production allowed to opposing tight ends. However, that number is likely skewed from the four-game stretch for which Tua Tagovailoa was sidelined; during that span, opponents adopted a run-heavy approach against the Dolphins and did not have to develop an overly aggressive passing attack.
Looking at recent context, this Miami defense allowed a record-breaking game from Brock Bowers last week; the rookie tallied 13 catches, 126 yards, and one touchdown. Henry isn't necessarily on the same level as Bowers, but the bottom line is that the Dolphins have shown they aren't going to shut down every tight end they face. Henry should be deployed as a low-end TE1 in leagues with 10-plus teams.
- Andersen Pickard, RotoBaller
Tucker Kraft, Green Bay Packers - Fantasy Football Outlook
Green Bay Packers tight end Tucker Kraft looks to get out of his production slump as the Packers host the San Francisco 49ers in Week 12. If you've started Kraft in fantasy football over the past couple of weeks, you've no doubt been disappointed. Just before the Packers' bye in Week 10, Kraft was held to four catches for 34 yards on six targets.
Last week after the team's bye, Kraft was completely stymied with just one target and no catches. The Packers' offense has been in a funk lately with quarterback Jordan Love not throwing for double-digit touchdowns in the last three games. With the Packers set to tangle with a tough pass defense in the 49ers, Kraft is in the streaming category of fantasy tight ends this week, where you're hoping for a touchdown to make starting him worth it.
