Denver Broncos running back Audric Estime has had little fantasy value this season. The rookie running back has 35 rushing attempts for 164 yards and zero touchdowns in seven contests.
More importantly, he is the RB80 for the year, averaging only 2.4 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. Yet, Estime looked like a potential league winner in Week 10.
Should fantasy football players drop the rookie running back, or will things turn around moving forward? Let’s dive into it.

Should I Drop Audric Estime?
Estime had 14 rushing attempts for 53 yards and 5.3 fantasy points in Week 10. He had 14 of the team’s 17 rushing attempts out of the backfield. By comparison, Javonte Williams had one rushing attempt in the loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. Head coach Sean Payton said he was impressed with the rookie’s performance following the loss.
Therefore, fantasy players rushed to add Estime off the waiver wire last week and start him in Week 11 against the Atlanta Falcons with high expectations. Unfortunately, Payton went back to Williams, giving the former North Carolina star a team-high nine rushing attempts for 59 yards. By comparison, Estime had six rushing attempts for 16 yards against the Falcons.

The Broncos backfield has been a massive headache for fantasy players all year. While fantasy players should hold onto Estime for another week and see how the team distributes the backfield workload, the rookie is far from a must-roster running back.
Who Can I Add Off The Waiver Wire?
Fantasy players should check their waiver wire for Ameer Abdullah. The veteran running back is rostered in under 1% of Yahoo leagues. Last week, he had 9.2 fantasy points against the Miami Dolphins, scoring a receiving touchdown.

However, Abdullah could have a significant workload in Week 12 against the Denver Broncos. Alexander Mattison (ankle) and Zamir White (quad) left Sunday’s game early. They could miss this week's matchup against the division rivals.
