ANALYSIS: Detroit Lions tight end Brock Wright will have a better chance of producing with fellow TE Sam LaPorta (shoulder) set to miss Week 11 due to a shoulder injury. That doesn't necessarily mean you should start Wright. Detroit has a very soft opponent in the Jacksonville Jaguars, who shouldn't provide much resistance.

Given that quarterback Jared Goff threw five interceptions in Week 10 against the Houston Texans and the difficulty the Jags should have in getting anything going on offense, we're likely to see a run-heavy gameplan with DET opting to control the ball, grind down the clock, and pound the rock heavily.
It would be a surprise to see a ton of passing from the Lions. They're already a run-heavy team, and they have the opportunity to limit turnovers, run less plays overall, and limit wear and tear on their offensive line. Wright could spend most of his time blocking, as he usually does.
