ANALYSIS: Mike Williams was targeted just once in his Steelers' debut, but he made quite an impact as he caught that target for a 32-yard touchdown that proved to be the game-winner for Pittsburgh.
Williams should see more snaps this week, as he's had a full week of practice with his new team. And Pittsburgh is likely to air it out this week against a Baltimore team that has allowed the most fantasy points per game to opposing receivers.

Williams is still a bit of a boom/bust play due to the nature of his game. He is going to be deployed down the field to stretch the defense and could end up making some big plays or he could be shut out - both outcomes are probably pretty equally likely at this point.
If you need a FLEX option this week with upside, he's firmly in play in deeper formats, but managers in shallower leagues should probably use a player with a safer floor than Williams can offer.
