ANALYSIS: Cleveland Browns wide receiver Cedric Tillman has begun to find his footing this season and should be viewed as a WR2 facing the New Orleans Saints in Week 11.
Since Jameis Winston took over starting quarterback duties in Cleveland, Tillman has scored an average of 21.5 PPR points per game. During this stretch, Tillman has seen at least nine targets in each contest and tallied three total scores.

This is a stark contrast to the 0.6 PPR points per game he averaged during the first six weeks with Deshaun Watson under center. With Winston as the QB1, the Cleveland offense has looked much better and more conducive for positive fantasy production.
Facing a weak New Orleans secondary that has allowed the ninth-most PPR points to opposing wideouts, fantasy managers should feel confident starting Tillman in all standard leagues.
