Isiah Pacheco Injury Update
The Chiefs have designated Pacheco (fibula) to return from injured reserve. They have 21 days to activate or shut him down for the season. It looks like Kansas City's RB1 is returning soon.
Sources: The #Chiefs are planning to designate RB Isiah Pacheco and DL Charles Omenihu to return from IR this week.

Brian Robinson Jr. Injury Update
Robinson (hamstring) was limited on Tuesday. His status for Thursday Night Football remains in the air, but his ability to practice (even in a limited capacity) is promising. If active, he'd rank as a mid-to-low fantasy RB2 versus the Eagles.

Aaron Jones Injury Update
Jones (ribs) might be limited in practice this week, but he's expected to play in Sunday's game against the Titans. He'll rank as a mid-range RB2 option versus a strong Tennessee run defense.
Aaron Jones (ribs) might be a bit limited in practice early this week, but Kevin O'Connell said he feels good about having him for Sunday's game at Tennessee.

Miles Sanders Injury Update
Sanders (knee, foot) is expected to see a specialist after suffering an injury during Sunday's game in Germany. The veteran could be looking at an extended absence, leaving Jonathon Brooks in the No. 2 running back role behind Chuba Hubbard.
Canales says that Miles Sanders is seeing a specialist for his knee/foot injury sustained in yesterday's game and the team should have more details later. #Panthers

MarShawn Lloyd Injury Update
Lloyd (ankle) has been designated to return from injured reserve. The Packers have 21 days to either activate or shut him down for the season. Presumably, the former will happen. Lloyd could push for Green Bay's No. 2 running back role upon his return.
Earlier today, the Packers designated rookie running back MarShawn Lloyd to return from IR.
Once officially activated, Lloyd will take the roster spot created by last week's Preston Smith trade.
