It’s Week 10 (already). With most fantasy leagues heading toward the playoffs, injuries continue to significantly affect things for managers. Without question, more than a few tight ends around the National Football League have struggled this season. With that said, an injury to even the least impactful player is never good, especially for the fantasy managers desperate for a strong finish to the regular season.
Being up-to-date on NFL injury news can give you an edge over your league mates in fantasy football. Now that the regular season has been in full swing, fantasy managers should stay locked into the latest injury headlines.

Erick All Jr. Injury Update
The Bengals have been without Tee Higgins for the last two games. Without him, Joe Burrow has relied more on his tight ends.

Unfortunately, Erick All Jr. injured his knee in the win over the Raiders and will miss the rest of the year.
While the rookie didn’t do much for fantasy managers, his absence could mean even more targets for Mike Gesicki on Thursday against the Ravens, with the veteran coming off a five-catch, 100-yard, two-touchdown effort.
Dallas Goedert Injury Update
Goedert tweaked his hamstring in Week 6 and has been on the shelf since. The 29-year-old had played well before going down with the injury, totaling 24 catches for 301 yards in the Eagles’ first four contests of the 2024-25 campaign.
Fortunately, he was a full-go for Wednesday’s practice, so it appears he has a good chance to play in Sunday’s NFC East showdown with the Cowboys. If that’s the case, Goedert should have a place in all fantasy lineups, even more so if A.J. Brown, who injured his knee in Week 9, can’t play.
Of course, Goedert’s presence in Week 10 would mean Grant Calcaterra is no longer worth starting in any format.
Isaiah Likely Injury Update
Likely was ruled out for Thursday’s divisional encounter with the Cincinnati Bengals. Fantasy managers have been smitten with the 2022 No. 139 overall pick a few times this season.
On the other hand, there have been weeks where he didn’t do anything to help fantasy managers. Still, his absence could mean a few more catches for Mark Andrews, who has four touchdowns in the last four weeks.
Kyle Pitts Injury Update
Pitts was limited at practice on Wednesday because of a hamstring injury. However, he should at least be considered questionable for Sunday’s game versus the New Orleans Saints.

It’s safe to say Pitts hasn’t been a consistent fantasy option this season. Yet, with Drake London uncertain to suit up in Week 10, Pitts could see more attention from Kirk Cousins if he plays.
