BALLER MOVE: Sit
POSITIONAL VALUE: RB4
ANALYSIS: Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill has remained involved in the passing game, but his overall lack of touches makes him a risky start in fantasy leagues. He's the clear backup behind workhorse and Offensive Player of the Year candidate Derrick Henry, who's making his case for the Hall of Fame.

He'll probably still be used as a pass-catching back, but with the return of sophomore speedster RB Keaton Mitchell (knee), whose explosiveness means he could potentially house it on any play, we could see Hill become a non-factor in the running game and play exclusively on passing downs.
It's nice to get a few catches here and there for PPR, but the team also brought in WR Diontae Johnson from the Carolina Panthers. He had zero receptions in Week 9, but he will be worked into the passing game, and we could see Hill's involvement shrink even further on that front. For now, he's a handcuff to Henry but has diminishing upside.
