The Detroit Lions will soon see the return of Jameson Williams, who was recently reinstated from a two-game suspension for violating the league's policy on performance-enhancing substances.
After missing Weeks 8 and 9, the third-year receiver is slated to get back on the field. Head coach Dan Campbell has expressed confidence in Williams' readiness, suggesting that the Lions are eager to add him back into the offense.
The wideout's return brings some excitement and intrigue to Detroit's offense. He is known for his speed and deep-threat ability. However, his availability could be affected by his recent absence and potential NFL scrutiny over off-field issues, which fantasy managers should watch.

Will Jameson Williams Start for the Lions When He Returns?
According to Campbell, the former first-rounder will rejoin the Lions offense. Despite this being his second suspension of the season, Campbell has made it clear that the team wants to bring him back into the fold right away.
Jameson Williams is reinstated and his suspension is over. Dan Campbell used a kicking motion to say how the Lions plan to get him going right away.

Campbell shared that Williams maintained a presence during his absence, attending meetings and conditioning to stay ready. His deep-threat capabilities give the Lions a unique playmaker, though his boom-or-bust potential often makes him matchup-dependent in fantasy lineups.
In Week 10, expect Williams to play a complementary role if he gets the nod to start. As he quickly reacclimates, Williams could see more consistent usage in the following weeks, particularly as a deep target.
Jameson Williams Fantasy Football Outlook
With Detroit set to play the Houston Texans in Week 10, the 23-year-old retains potential as a flex option or a WR2/WR3 if needed. As long as Williams can steer clear of distractions, he holds fantasy value.
Do know that the wide receiver was not arrested after a traffic stop found him to have a firearm without having a concealed pistol license. This is yet another situation to follow.

Kalif Raymond saw more action with Williams missing time. Raymond will not be fantasy-relevant with the return of the Alabama product. Expect Jamo to be the team's WR2 in his return.
Williams' fantasy outlook is a mix of potential upside and caution. Fantasy managers should pay close attention to his weekly activity to determine if he is a reasonable start.
