Travis Kelce Catches 14 Passes In Week 9 Win
2 weeks agoKansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce caught 14 of 16 targets for 100 yards in the 30-24 overtime win against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Monday. The Chiefs star tight end was undoubtedly the focal point of the passing attack, earning seven more targets than the next closest pass-catcher. Kelce improved on his season-best performance from last week with more catches, targets, and yards than any other game this season. The only negative was that the Chiefs tight end did not find the end zone and also lost a fumble, but he still reached 22 points in full-PPR formats. Kelce will look to keep the good times rolling against the Denver Broncos in Week 10. The Broncos rank 14th in fantasy points allowed to opposing tight ends this season, so it will be a challenging matchup for Kelce. That said, Kelce is the alpha in the Kansas City passing attack, and his volume of targets will likely negate most defensive matchups moving forward. Kelce will continue to be ranked as a top-tier TE1 for as long as he is healthy.
