Week 9 Wide Receiver Outlooks For Fantasy Football
Cedric Tillman, Cleveland Browns - Fantasy Football Outlook
Cleveland Browns wide receiver Cedric Tillman is in the midst of a breakout as he has caught 15 passes for 180 yards and two touchdowns in the two games since Amari Cooper was traded to the Buffalo Bills. Tillman will look to continue his recent success in a home matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers in Week 9.
The Chargers may provide some resistance for Tillman, however, as their pass defense is allowing just the second-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing receivers this season. Tillman has earned a look as an every-week WR3 in fantasy moving forward, although it would be wise to temper expectations for the second-year wideout in Week 9 thanks to the challenging matchup.

Puka Nacua, Los Angeles Rams - Fantasy Football Outlook
Per Ian Rapoport, after talking to multiple sources, Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua (knee) "should be ok moving forward" and reportedly has a chance to suit up for Week 9. Despite being listed as questionable after recording a DNP to close out the week, head coach Sean McVay has not ruled Nacua out for the team's divisional clash against the Seattle Seahawks.
It's excellent news for the Rams and fantasy managers, as this most recent flare-up has afflicted the same knee that forced the 23-year-old to miss the prior five weeks. While nothing is set in stone for Sunday's matchup, it doesn't appear to be another long-term issue for the young superstar wideout. Keep an eye on his status over the next 36 hours.

Romeo Doubs, Green Bay Packers - Fantasy Football Outlook
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs has been on a solid run of production and that should continue this week when the Packers host the Detroit Lions in Week 9. Since returning from a one-game suspension for conduct detrimental to the team in Week 6, Doubs has double-digit fantasy points in each of his last three games.
Doubs has 18 targets in his last two games and has been the most targeted Packer in the last three weeks. Of course, Doubs remaining heavily targeted in the Packers' offense is contingent on Jordan Love (groin) being able to play.
Love was listed as questionable in the team's final practice report and if he doesn't play, Malik Willis will start. Doubs would take a big hit if Willis does play, where he would be a flex play. If Love starts in Week 9, fantasy managers should slot Doubs into lineups as a low-end WR3.
