BALLER MOVE: Sit in All Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR8
ANALYSIS: Xavier Hutchinson is a sit for Week 9 as the Houston Texans face the New York Jets. With Stefon Diggs out for the season with a torn ACL and Nico Collins on injured reserve for the moment, opportunities have opened up.
However, the 24-year-old is unlikely to capitalize on this chance. The Texans rely heavily on Tank Dell as their No. 1 receiver with those injuries, and Hutchinson's role remains small.
The Texans are confident in all of their receivers, but Xavier Hutchinson was the guy a number of players told me could benefit the most.

Despite Houston losing star players, Hutchinson has yet to do much this season, recording only five catches. His best performance came in Week 5 against the Buffalo Bills, where he had two receptions for 31 yards on three targets.
This minimal production does not inspire confidence, especially with a difficult matchup against a Jets secondary that allows the fourth-fewest fantasy points to wide receivers.
Given the Texans' potential reliance on their run game with Joe Mixon, there are better options than Hutchinson. If you are looking for a more suitable bench stash, consider holding onto teammate John Metchie III.
