Even with the Ravens pounding the ground with running back Derrick Henry and quarterback Lamar Jackson, Zay Flowers hasn't missed out on his slice of the action. Through the initial weeks, he’s been a target magnet, snagging nine or more in four out of six games, though he’s only danced into the end zone once.
Outside of suffering an injury that caused him to leave Week 7's Monday Night Football matchup versus the Tampa Bay Bucs, Flowers' quietest outings were in Weeks 3 and 4, a side effect of Baltimore taking early leads and not needing to air it out as much.
Flowers was ruled out of Baltimore's Week 7 contest and was listed on the injury report all week with an ankle injury, but he returned to practice on Friday and appears ready to go for Baltimore's Week 8 game against the Cleveland Browns.

Zay Flowers Fantasy Football Injury Update
Don’t let the modest touchdown tally fool you; Flowers' stat line is bursting and he's truly making waves in the Ravens' offense, pulling down a solid 24.1% of the target share along with a 29.3% first-read share, not to mention an impressive 2.05 yards per route run (YPRR).
The dude’s tearing it up in his second season and has reached set-and-forget territory for fantasy. He might not be a WR1 every week, but he feels like a high-end WR2 with upside each week.

Zay Flowers Fantasy Football Injury Impact
Facing Cleveland this week? No sweat. They’re smack in the middle, ranked 15th in PPR points per target allowed to perimeter wide receivers. So, if you've got Flowers, expect him to flourish without much resistance from the Browns' secondary. He’s a clear starter with that kind of favorable numbers in his corner.
Now, get this: according to PFF, the Browns rock the highest single-high rate in the league at a staggering 71.2%. When faced with this setup, Flowers' stats just ballooned--commanding a 30.6% target share, skyrocketing to 3.05 YPRR, and capturing 33.3% of the first-read looks.

Monitor the injury reports before kickoff, but it sure sounds like Flowers is playing in Week 8.
