Miami Dolphins quarterback Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) has had a lot of positive developments lately. After going down with a concussion in Week 2 against the Buffalo Bills, he was placed on injured reserve to give him time to recover. While he hasn't returned to play yet, he's first eligible to in Week 8.
Miami's offense has been dismal without Tagovailoa -- they're easily one of the league's worst when he's not the one dropping back under center. Fantasy managers who drafted Dolphins offensive players dearly miss the quarterback that makes the offense run as smoothly as it's famous for.
So will Tagovailoa return to play today?

Tua Tagovailoa Fantasy Football Injury Update
UPDATE: Tagoviloa is officially ACTIVE for Week 8
Many signs throughout the week have been pointing to him clearing injured reserve and returning to play, and the Dolphins confirmed this on Saturday. Though he is still technically on IR, and so is listed as "Questionable", but this is just a formality. Given the nature of the quarterback position, he should play without limitations.

He's fully cleared concussion protocol and been cleared to play by independent neurologists, so setbacks in his condition are extremely unlikely to happen. Fantasy managers can be confident, as the Dolphins have taken every precaution with him, including having him wear no-contact jerseys at practice.

Tua Tagovailoa Fantasy Football Injury Impact
His absence almost completely destroyed the fantasy values of Miami's offensive players. De'Von Achane, Tyreek Hill, and Jaylen Waddle, who are no-brainer must-starts this season when Tagovailoa plays, became massive liabilities for fantasy managers who invested high picks into these superstar players.
The Dolphins are 3 -11 without TUA under both McDaniel & FLO
McDaniel 2-7
FLO 1-4Reek and Waddle have 0 TDS in 9 games without Tua and are nonexistent….

These three studs must be in starting lineups now that No. 1 is back in the lineup. The fantasy football nightmare is over (for now, fingers crossed), and they should continue their stellar careers in the NFL. Tagovailoa becomes a must-start in 2QB leagues and a solid bench stash in leagues with just one.
Fantasy managers can expect top-20 production from the QB, a top-5 WR ceiling for Hill, top-15 ceiling for Waddle and top-10 ceiling for Achane in both PPR and standard formats.
