BALLER MOVE: Start in 14+ Team PPR Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR4
ANALYSIS: Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers (ankle) had just one catch on one target for 11 yards in his Week 7 game against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He was the latest victim of what appeared to be a hip-drop tackle, which yanked his foot around 90 degrees to the side.
🚨AWFUL: The refs missed a hip drop tackle call on the play that caused Ravens star Zay Flowers to get injured.
Crazy how this was not called.

He returned to the game but didn't seem to be much involved in the game plan after that, possibly due to his injury. He didn't practice Wednesday or Thursday, which means he may not play at all in Week 8. If he does, it's likely he could still be suffering the effects of his injury, and caution should be exercised.
Flowers' upside could come from the game against the Cleveland Browns being a shootout. The Ravens haven't had a great pass defense this year, and Browns QB Jameis Winston is a gunslinger, so there's a chance for a shootout. Unfortunately, Baltimore has shown a willingness to phase the second-year WR out of their game plans sometimes.
He's been a heavily boom-or-bust player, and there are plenty of other playmakers to step up if he's not 100%, making him a risky start outside of deeper leagues.
